Wexmar operates a full production machine shop at 121 W Center St, Canastota, NY 13032. Ten CNC lathes, six horizontal machining centers, and four Swiss-type machines run prototype through production, backed by an in-house CMM inspection lab and tool room. The company is a registered small business set up for both commercial OEM work and federal build-to-print contracting.

CNC Turning — bar-fed and chucking lathe work with live tooling and Y-axis, standard and metric threading, tight-tolerance shafts, pins, bushings, and fittings.

Carbon and alloy steels, 300/400-series and precipitation-hardening stainless, Nitronic 50 and high-nickel alloys, aluminum, brass, bronze, titanium, and engineered plastics. DFARS 252.225-7009 specialty-metals-compliant sourcing available.

Quality & compliance

ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management system with documented corrective action and nonconformance control. Gage calibration on an ISO/IEC 17025-aligned schedule; CMMs verified against NIST-traceable artifacts. Buy American Act compliant, made in Canastota, NY. A DD Form 2345 application for controlled technical data is on file.
