What we do
Five capabilities under one roof, so multi-process parts stay in the building from raw bar to inspected, finished component.
CNC Turning
Bar-fed and chucking lathe work, live tooling, Y-axis, tight-tolerance shafts, pins, and fittings on ten Mazak and Doosan lathes.
CNC Milling
Six Mazak horizontal machining centers with pallet changers for housings, manifolds, flanges, and brackets in 3- and 4-axis.
Swiss Machining
Four Maier MLK-32 hybrid Swiss machines to 32 mm for high-volume small parts, lights-out capable.
Inspection & Quality
Two Brown & Sharpe CMMs and a calibrated gage library. FAI, in-process SPC, and final reports.
Government & Defense
SAM.gov active, CAGE coded, WAWF capable, DFARS-compliant sourcing for DoD, DLA, and prime build-to-print.
Contract Manufacturing
Production runs, blanket orders, and scheduled releases as your outsourced machining supplier.
Build to Print
Make-to-spec production from your prints and models, not a design shop.
First Article Inspection
AS9102 FAI packages, ballooned drawings, and CMM reports for new part qualification.
Second Source Supplier
Qualify Wexmar as an approved second source for existing machined parts.
Defense Compliance
NIST 800-171 110/110 in SPRS, DFARS, Buy American, CMMC Level 2 in progress.
