What we do
Five capabilities under one roof, so multi-process parts stay in the building from raw bar to inspected, finished component.
CNC Turning
Bar-fed and chucking lathe work, live tooling, Y-axis, tight-tolerance shafts, pins, and fittings on ten Mazak and Doosan lathes.
CNC Milling
Six Mazak horizontal machining centers with pallet changers for housings, manifolds, flanges, and brackets in 3- and 4-axis.
Swiss Machining
Four Maier MLK-32 hybrid Swiss machines to 32 mm for high-volume small parts, lights-out capable.
Inspection & Quality
Two Brown & Sharpe CMMs and a calibrated gage library. FAI, in-process SPC, and final reports.
Government & Defense
SAM.gov active, CAGE coded, WAWF capable, DFARS-compliant sourcing for DoD, DLA, and prime build-to-print.
