Quality system
An ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management system with documented corrective action and nonconformance control. Gage calibration follows an ISO/IEC 17025-aligned schedule; CMMs are verified against NIST-traceable artifacts.
What ships with the parts
Ask for any combination: CMM report, FAI, material certs, outside-process certs (heat treat, plating, passivation), and C of C. Federal buyers get packaging and marking per the solicitation.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?
The quality system is built and run to ISO 9001:2015; formal registration status is stated on request in every quote so there is no ambiguity.
Can you do first-article inspection to AS9102 format?
Yes. FAI reports are produced with ballooned prints and characteristic-by-characteristic results.
Do you provide material certs?
Yes. Mill certs and heat lot traceability are maintained on every job and ship with the parts on request.
Can you inspect customer-supplied parts?
Yes. CMM inspection of outside parts is quoted as a standalone service.
