How Wexmar would machine this
Based on the notice title and classification, Wexmar would plan this work around 3- and 4-axis horizontal milling on Mazak HMCs with pallet changers, which lets several faces be machined in one clamping and holds feature-to-feature position; centerless and surface grinding where the drawing calls for ground diameters, flatness, or fine finish. Every lot is inspected against the drawing on Brown & Sharpe CMMs. The notice references first article requirements, and Wexmar prepares first article inspection reports with full dimensional results for approval before production.
